Hey Guys
I’m Sian, a yoga instructor based in beautiful North Devon, UK.
I discovered yoga in my early twenties. I found the practice transformational in many ways, changing my life. After becoming completely obsessed with how great yoga could make you feel, I wanted to share the practice with others so I decided to train as a practitioner.
Fast forward to now, I’ve been teaching for 8 years and loving every minute! I’m qualified to teach Vinyasa Flow, Hatha, Yin and Restorative, but I specialise in a dynamic style of Vinyasa, using a combination of fluid movement and functional exercises focusing on conditioning and strengthening the body whilst improving flexibility and balance.
I’ve been lucky enough to work with some amazing people and organisations over the years, my offerings include private instruction in person and via Zoom, studio and beach classes, retreat work, zoom classes, an online subscription service and I teach weekly classes at the multi-award-winning health retreat Yeotown
Please visit services for more information. I hope to see you on the mat!
Love, Sian x
