This summer I’m teaming up with the lovely people at Sea Sauna, Saunton to bring you Beach Yoga & Sea Sauna events!

On Sundays at 10 am - 1 hour of beach yoga followed by a 45-minute sauna with optional sea dips, £25 pp! Please see the dates below…

  • Absolutely not! But practising regularly will increase your flexibility, general mobility and overall health!

  • As often as you like! But I would recommend 3 sessions a week to really see a difference in your mind and body

  • Yoga is an ancient form of exercise that focuses on flexibility, strength and breathing to boost physical and mental wellbeing

  • You can wear anything you feel comfortable in that will allow you to have a full range of movement
